Nitrogen Membrane Systems
Oxysystems' Membrane Systems offers a dependable and modular solution for onsite
nitrogen production. The system is designed for easy installation and
integration.
Available in skid-mounted, containerised, or retrofit formats, it's a
flexible solution suitable for various industrial applications where a reliable nitrogen
supply is critical.

Nitrogen Membrane Systems
Nitrogen membrane systems operate by separating nitrogen from compressed air using advanced hollow fibre without chemicals or moving parts, ensuring continuous operation with minimal maintenance. These membranes are selective barriers that allow smaller, fast-diffusing gases-such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water vapour, to pass through the membrane walls. Meanwhile, larger and slower diffusing
Nitrogen molecules are retained and collected as the product gas.
The membrane modules are designed for easy installation into existing setups, making membrane replacement an easy process.

Impact of Compressed Air Temperature and Pressure on Nitrogen Membrane System Performance:
Elevated compressed air temperatures reduce membrane efficiency. As
temperature increases, the diffusion rates of all gases rise, allowing more
oxygen and other permeable gases to pass through the membrane. This
results in lower nitrogen purity.
Higher compressed air pressures improve membrane performance. Increased pressure enhances the driving force for gas separation, resulting in higher nitrogen flow rates and improved purity.
Third Party Certifications
