The application Oxygen Sensor & Nitrogen Sensor in gas monitoring spans across every industry and diverse applications, making it a universal necessity. Each industry and application has unique requirements, leading to variations in the measured values. For instance, in the laser cutting industry, key parameters typically monitored include gas purity, pressure, and dew point, ensuring optimal cutting performance and equipment longevity. Integrating nitrogen sensor technology can further enhance the precision of gas purity measurements, ensuring the efficient utilization of gases and maintaining cutting quality.
Conversely, in fish farming, critical measurements revolve around temperature, oxidation levels, and salinity to maintain the ideal aquatic environment for fish health and growth. Integration of Oxygen Sensor technology could complement existing monitoring systems by providing real-time data on oxygen levels, crucial for managing water quality and preventing oxygen-induced stress in fish populations. Despite these differences, the underlying principle remains consistent: precise monitoring of relevant parameters to uphold operational efficiency, safety, and product quality. Whether in manufacturing, agriculture, healthcare, or environmental management, gas monitoring plays a pivotal role in safeguarding processes and enhancing productivity across diverse sectors.
Our Oxygen Sensor and Nitrogen Sensor offer seamless configuration through a local WiFi connection, accessible via a smartphone or tablet device. This intuitive interface allows users to customize alarm thresholds and data logging intervals to suit their specific needs. Moreover, users can easily download logged data in CSV format, providing comprehensive insights including minimum, maximum, and average sensor readings within the selected logging interval.
For scenarios involving multiple units, our system supports mesh connectivity, ensuring synchronized responses across all instruments within the network. In the event of an alarm trigger on any sensor, this feature automatically activates alarms on every other instrument within the group, facilitating swift and coordinated action.
Furthermore, our sensor boasts pre-installed GSM SIM card connectivity and a remote alarm beacon. This advanced functionality enables the sensor to send instant text message alerts if readings exceed predefined limits, ensuring timely notification of critical events even when users are not physically present at the monitoring site. With these innovative features, our gas monitoring provides unparalleled reliability and peace of mind for a wide range of monitoring applications in our generator systems.
The Oxygen sensor design allows measuring of oxygen
concentrations from 0,50 to full 100.00 %, regardless
of gas pressure. High oxygen concentrations do not
affect the sensor’s lifespan. The absolute precision
of reading is ±0,5 % within the full measuring
scale. Unlimited Shelf Life while stored in the normal
atmosphere. Proved lifespan of over 10 years while
operated in gas with >5 % of oxygen.
The embedded solenoid valves protect the nitrogen sensor when
Oxygen concentration rises above safe limits, the same as
during its storage period. Inner flow control and many other
unique technical enhancements contribute to outs tanding
stability and exceptional lifespan of the sensor.
In Oxysystems, we believe that there is no space
for compromise in engineering. That is why
thousands of our customers worldwide choose our
technolo-gies for projects to have the highest
reliability and superior precision.
The nitrogen sensor has an integrated display showing reading results and allowing calibration without any additional device.
Fulfilling dimensional requirements for most of the existing relevant PSA devices. Both 4-20mA and Modbus RTU interface. System for logging operation conditions accessible by Android application.
In Oxysystems, we rather rely on design-driven
failover me-chanics, than on additional electronic
compensations. Embedded solenoid valves, capillary
flow control, pre-mium materials and craftmanship
defining the entire product line are considered as a
base of standard for the OXY2-FS analyzer.
One by one, every single analyzer is exposed to a series
of both machine and manual tests, involving critical
eclectic and pressure overload, vibration tests, and
a week-lasting examination for reading stability. We
don’t consider our analyzers to be just devices, which
leave our production line in boxes. We understand
them as ambassadors to represent our brand.
You no longer need to disengage the analyzer to run
its diagnostics. Thanks to the dual connectivity of
the OXY2-line, you can use the DM (Device Management)
interface to service your analyzer by a PC
or Android device. Onboard calibration with the use
of custom calibration gas is ofcoursity – using the embedded
display and controls.
The unit is designed with a volt-free contact for versatile integration, enabling it to trigger alarms or shut down equipment. Users can configure alarm settings and access data logs wirelessly. Its large 3.5″ LCD screen displays live sensor readings, with colors changing to indicate alarms. A 360° edge light alerts users to alarm conditions, ensuring prompt response even in challenging ambient light.
The instrument offers versatile power options, operating directly from a 110/230V mains supply or 12/24V AC/DC, with backup rechargeable batteries providing up to 8 hours of runtime. Users can display sensor readings in various formats depending on the number of sensors installed.
Configuration of the Atmospheric Guard is facilitated through a local WiFi connection accessible from a smartphone or tablet device, allowing users to set alarm thresholds and data logging intervals. Data logs can be downloaded as CSV files, containing minimum, maximum, and average sensor readings within the selected logging interval.
For multiple units, mesh connectivity enables automatic triggering of all instruments in the group if one goes into alarm.
