Ecotricity’s latest venture focuses on green gas, aiming to replace natural gas in the grid. Their first vegan anaerobic digestion (AD) plant generates energy from grass, whole crops, maize, and grain, rather than animal byproducts like cow or pig manure. This green energy is then supplied to homes via the national grid.

Oxysystems was awarded the contract for the O2 PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) system, recognized for its exceptional quality, reliability, and durability. Our turnkey solution includes a concealed container unit that provides the AD plant with a steady supply of oxygen. The O2 PSA system boosts the plant’s efficiency and further lowers the CO2 footprint of the entire biogas process.
The Oxygen PSA Container, equipped with all necessary components, produces 20 cubic meters of pure oxygen per hour and is securely located apart from the main AD plant. This design ensures that the system is not only efficient but also transportable if needed, offering significant flexibility.
